During the winter months, are underground service installations possible?
Yes, we will install underground facilities all year long. However, there will be additional charges due to the increased costs associated with construction during the winter months. Additional "Winter Construction Charges" will be charged between December 1 and March 31, to help recover the additional costs associated with underground service installation during the winter months. (For Michigan customers, the effective dates are between November 15 and April 30).
